To identify a student like me, I am a big procrastinator when it comes to study. I, of course, the benefits of studying how it feels, but I am never to go to actually do it. This book changed all that. All I spent was an hour every two or three days to study the subject about three weeks before the test, and I discovered that I learned more my head that my APUSH textbook from school. The information contained in this book is detailed in an understandable format. I found myself turning words and phrases, and highlighting the key ideas and concepts to help in the process of remembering the history given. When test day came, I heard probably four, but if I had never read what I probably got a second. With more practice, a 5 would be easily achievable. A + + highly recommended.

S. - I recommend it! I found during my review sessions that the Kaplan book did a much better job of condensing the huge amount of information needed for verification and other trademarks Test Prep (my friends were). The information presented was easy to understand, concise, and key terms are highlighted in bold for easy skimming and review. I found the chapter and unit reviews particularly useful because it has the basics. Walking and describe each key word aloud really helped me to memorize. />
My only complaint is the lack of an index. There have been many times when I want to find a faster time in the book but would be able to find pages and pages of the sections examined.

I really think this book helped me prepare for the exam, AP, and I recommend it to anyone facing the same stressful experience May Good luck!

I was particularly disappointed to read that is considered low Duiker an "expert" on communism - and, by association, socialism. When reading takes a good 45 minutes to an hour for each chapter in American entertainment was exciting effort. Unlike most texts that are filled with flat phrases, words used to teach history in American recovery Pageant of the page and are full of life. The force that Bailey and Kennedy made to the description of the story is unlike anything I've ever seen before. The story is told through metaphors and figurative language, the antithesis of almost all other textbooks only the facts without emotion. The enthusiasm the book has been written about me rubbing. I was really happy to go home and read about the First World War or Great Depression or the Spanish-American War, or the stormy sixties. It 'was a very funny book, and although I never thought I'd say this, I'm going to buy a copy for years to come. The American Pageant history has taught me more than anything I have ever read. This is due to a substantial difference between this book and all the other books I have read the texts: The American Pageant kept my interest. I will always remember the style of writing intelligent and relevant information was included in each chapter. I am eternally grateful to The American Pageant show me the interesting and challenging part of the past of the United State, and, obviously, for helping me receive exceptional marks in American history. </république>
